PLZ HELP....MY DEAD LINE IS 18 FEB...

My NOC is 1241 Administrative assistants.

1. In my current division I am working for 3 yr. but under the same noc 1241 I worked for other division in the same company. My HR not willing to give me the Job letter told me to take one from my supervisor. My total experience is 10 yr but in 3 different departments under same NOC.

2. Can my current supervisor give the letter for the whole 10 yr?

3. I don't have the pay slips for 2012-2015. if I collect them from pay section it will have current issue date but the paid month on the top. Would that be ok?

4. In my pay slips it shows various departmental transfer but same post in same company will that make any issue?

5. I dont have any secretarial certificate but showing 4 yr clerical experience in the same letter. Would SINP allow the previous exp as a employment requirement to allow me nomination?

Hi all,
I am working and living in Dubai. My homeland is Pakistan and i have joint account with my father there with single signitory, means either me or my father anyone can sign and withdraw amount from same account, and I am apply for Canada Immigration. Can I use my homeland bank account as proof of fund or I need to use the account of country where I am living?

I have recently got sinp invitation under NOC 1311 and my score including close relative in Sask was 82 ( 62 is mine) . But when i fulled all conditions to apply like police report , funds , experience certficates etc my relative told me that there is application submitted for his brother also under sinp but its is under process and its mentioned in sinp website that one house hold can support one application. in that case please clarify to me my options and how i can proceed because points without relative were 62 and cut off of sinp was 69.

Cna my application will pass through because my consultant telling me if my cas eis strong with less verifucation issues my application can be selected . is it right how immigration process will work in this case. please clarify . My relative is husband of my sister in law

You have to decline the invitation. if you proceed with the details of someone who is sponsoring someone already, SINP will take your 350 CAD, take a long time with you application in received status before sending you an ineligible letter.

Do we need to sign page 2 (SECTION A: ETHICAL CONDUCT DISCLOSURE) if we dont have representative?
Its says ...
Foreign nationals must read and sign this Ethical Conduct Disclosure if they are:
 assisted by anyone with their immigration application; and/or
 recruited by a foreign worker recruiter for a Saskatchewan employer.
 anyone who is living in Canada and is not a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident is a foreign national.

The form says 'All foreign nationals applying to the SINP must complete and sign all sections of this form'.

Hi all I have applied for SINP 68 but the cutoff is 69 above.
Once we apply by submitting EOI ... Is there anything like applying again when draw opens in limited time of window..... Usually midnight Indian standard time. Please help me with the steps
