Hi,
I applied in 22nd Nov OID, application went in process in 2 nd week of January, had just dropped a courtesy mail to SINP asking them updates on nomination timelines.
They replied that my application is in process state , currently they do not need any additional documents, in case they require, they shall inform through mail.

Can I take it as a positive sign, or still there are chances of rejection.

Why are you worrying? Only wait and watch.

Some time ago, few July applicants have got nominated.

I want to apply in SINP EE under NOC 7205 - Contractors and supervisors, other construction trades, installers, repairers and servicers

My question is that I need Regulatory or Licensing Credentials for this NOC 7205.
If 'YES' please tell me the process how to get licensing?

I contacted an Agent two years ago and Paid ; He created my EE profile with CRS 396. Well EE draw dosent go below 450.
I think of now Applying via SINP. I have already filled all forms in OASIS Portal.
I have doubt only in One case.... I filled entire SINP myself...Only EE part was done by an agent ...What do i have to choose when OASIS asks me

Saskatchewan, but he has to choose occupation from their 21 noc list. They all are 0,A & B only. Not C

Hi, kindly advise, my NOC is under Construction Managemt where I wrote on my EE, sine SINP OID has Drafting technologists and Technicians which I also have an experience will I have a chance to apply for SINP PP? Is there any selection from OASIS that I prefer to be a drafter first?

My manager is position on Minister and he never sign the reference letter. Our company always sign reference letter by HR and puts official stamp on it. May i apply with reference letter which signed by HR?

if you are not using a representative for SINP. you do not need to answer yes, since SINP will be communicating directly with you

But If SINP proceeds then the points will be credited to my EE profile which is currently managed by a representative.

I have done a small mistake in IMM0008ENU (Generic Application form for Canada) Under "Category under which you are applying" i have mentioned as "Skilled Worker" instead of "Provincial Nominee" and i have send the documents to CIC on Feb 10th and received on Feb 15th at NS office.

Did they will return or Reject my application and do we have any way to contact CIC and send that specific document again?
