It's generally open for 2-3 days while you need couple of hours with due diligence to fill application. If you have all forms filled up and scanned, it shouldn't take more than two hours. So, read every guideline, fill all forms and scan them.

I am preparing documents for SNIP,but I don't have birth certificate due to non-availiability during my birth period,I got birth affidavit from notary public,is it OK or what is the alternate accepted documents for birth certificate for SNIP and CIC?

I had a birth certificate with my name missing(no name on certificate). I got the following request from SINP

"Birth Document

The document you have provided is not acceptable as verification of birth (no name on certificate). Please provide a Birth Certificate. If you are unable to obtain a Birth Certificate please provide a non‐availability certificate AND one of the following documents: ‐ Education documents with birth date and parent’s name ‐ Baptismal certificate ‐ I.D. cards (with date of birth and parent’s name) ‐ National Voting Card ‐ Family/Household Registries"

In case you are not having a birth certificate ensure that you meet the second condition stated above.

Do you know Where to get the non-availiability certificate of birth

One more clarification...I have to sign the filled federal forms now itself or I have to sign and upload the forms when the quota opens,which is acceptable....please clarify

I have maintaining the POF stable for more than 3months in my account,whether I have to get the Bank certificate and Statement when the quota opens or keeping ready before one month all these bank certificates,.....is it acceptable .....please clarify

Filled the PR online application form and no where did CIC ask for birth certificate. However, one does not know if they ask for it in future.
Heard of a few cases where SINP was OK with the birth certificate even if the applicant's name was not there on the certificate but not so in my case. So, it all depends on the case officer. Having said that, a birth certificate with the applicants and parents name or the non availability of birth certificate should serve the purpose.

There is not any fixed format for non availability of birth certificate in the country I reside. Here, one needs to go to the municipal office where he/she was born to get either the birth certificate or the non availability of birth certificate.

Always better to have the letter from the bank before hand as one might not have the time to get it made when required. They would be OK even if the letter is a month old, what they are looking for is confirmation that one had the required funds in the recent past. Bank statements, fixed deposit advice backed up by a letter(on a letter head) from the bank would do. Just ensure that the letter is not too old.

Is this sufficient for proving the birth proof.

Ensure that the birth certificate is having your and your parent's name. That would suffice.
Other documents which you have mentioned would come into picture if you go with non availability of birth certificate.

No idea when SINP opens so as is being said in this forum, keep all documents ready and keep checking

1. I D Cards - India Driving License (birth date & Father's name only) & National ID card

2.National Voting card

3.Education documents with Birth date and father name

Is this sufficient for proving the birth proof for SNIP

I have 8 years of experience in HR and 1 year in NOC 2171 in past 9 years, I have done my Masters in HR and BE in computers. my latest experience is in NOC 2171, will i get 7 points. i.e 5 point for each year from the six to ten year period. and 2 points for the most recent experience or just 2 points for recent 1 year experience. I will be applying in OID SINP,

As per the mail which I got from SINP, one needs to have either of the two- birth certificate or non availability of birth certificate.
The documents which you have mentioned are additional documents which you need to provide if you go with non availability of birth certificate.
