Hi. I'm a newbie and needed help from the helpful and experienced members of this forum. ;) I'm helping my husband with his application for SINP ISW WITH JOB OFFER.. He is currently working in Saskatchewan and already got the SINP Job Approval Letter under his name from his employer. Please guide us with any information on the following:

1. Have you previously submitted a provincial or federal Canadian immigration application? Does the immigration application being mentioned here refers only to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)?

2. Step 1 SW pre-application ("I have at least one year of work experience in:") His intended occupation is NOC 7265 (welder).. His currently working as a technician and part of his duties is welding. Can he answer "YES" to the question? There's no qualified NOC for technician, can he use the NOC 7265 for welder? He has a Job Reference Letter stating his duties, will he attach that?

3. Schedule 4 Economic Classes IMM0008: The form requires FUNDS. Does he need to put anything there or leave it blank since he is currently working and has offer of employment (same employer)?

4. Dates of forms and submission date: Do the forms need to be dated on the date he will submit his application? Will a 1 or 2 days difference in the date of the forms and the submission date matter?

Thank you for any information you could provide. God bless us all. :)

May be you can write to them explaining that adding name to an existing birth certificate is not possible/takes lot of time and requesting to accept your voter id card, which has parents' names

I have applied for the addition of name in birth certificate, SINP has given 45 days to reply with the required documents. If i get the document in the required time, good, else would go with what you have written.
Also, was wondering am i the only one who has been asked for name in birth certificate?

It is very tough to increase because it is time consuming ( possible wayes are upgrade education, IELTS & work experiences) May be this time you will miss to apply when next time SAS will open.

Hello friends, which POF is more valid for SINP, in EE POF for single it is $12164 and in SINP Guide EE it is $11931?
And, in second, what if at the time of deposit it is fulfilled and in next month we again deposit more fund and after depositing, the requirement increases but we are still complying with new values?

Thanking you all in advance. :)

If you are a single applicant I would advice you show POF for CAD13,000 to be on the safe side.

Ask your parent to prepare a gift deed saying that they will not ask for the money back at any time.. Then break the FD for the required amount and deposit it in his account.. This is my opinion.. Consider others advice too..

Yes it is an Indian birth certificate.
I have stated with the process of getting my name added but do not know how much time it would take.
Please let me know where i need to send the copy? If you could be of help that would be really grateful.
