I had applied in FSW2014 my NOC got capped way before it reached CIC. Now, do I have to mention that in any of my application i.e. in SINP or any CIC forms??

Settlement Plan:

To prepare a settlement plan according to SINP instructions, just follow the steps below:


STEP#01 ----> just go to the URL: http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/index

STEP#02 ----> Answer all the questions properly.

STEP#04 ----> At the end, you would find a PRINT button, just PRINT the Settlement Plan.

STEP#05 ----> Scan the Settlement Plan.

my Masters is evaluated by WES as Bachelor's Degree - 4 years

Please assist me, what do I select in FACTOR I (A): EDUCATION & TRAINING SINP Online Form

If I select Master then I could secure 60 points and luckily am Eligible
But I select Bachelor (as per WES ECA report ) I am securing 58 points that leads to me In-Eligible.

What should I do ???

You have to calculate points according to SINP guideline
check whats written on WES report.

Good day! I just want to ask if the SINP OID list of "in-demand" or acceptable NOC level "A", "B", and "0" include all occupation on the said levels or only the chosen ones? My NOC is 3234 - Paramedical Occupation under Level B. Thank you

You need attach Settlement Plan at Settlement Fund Tab, where you enter proof of funds

A lot of the fields required numerous attempts to get them to fill... data keeps disappearing.

I thought last year the application window opened at 1am on Jan 1. Who knows when its opening this year?

SINP EE seems faster than OID. After nomination, you will receive 600points which add to your CRS score. Then you will receive ITA from CIC.

One Urgent Ques!

Is it mandatory requirement to have a 100% complete EE profile ready before applying for SINP? or can I apply to SINP just after getting the EE profile and job verification code?

SINP Site says: You must be accepted into CIC’s Express Entry pool and have an Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code.
Important: You must provide accurate information in your Express Entry Profile. If the information on your Express Entry Profile is not accurate your SINP nomination will be void and Citizenship and Immigration Canada may bar you from applying to immigrate to Canada for five years.

So, can I update my EE profile later, lets say 7 Days after submitting my SINP application?
