one query - can someone clarify
I am submitted application to CIC, already received SINP nomination.
in some of the forms(like family info), provided parents / borther, sister details.
for CIC, do we need to attach ID proofs of borthers or sisters or inlaws?

I have some questions about SINP with job offer.

My husband got an LMIA and is going to SK province next month.

As you know, EE-CEC is almost impossible so we would like to apply SINP as quickly as possible.

Got 3 years experiences in the intended job (a retail supervisor)

IELTS 5.0

I know I need job approval letter(my hubby's boss will support it.) and what's next?

Would someone explain the details or share experience, please?

Yes, there are 21 Job NOCs in the list for EE and OID. Your mentioned NOCs not in the list. You can try to search similar for NOC 0114 like 0423, 0513 or 0714 . NOC 6221 is totally different. Here is the link for list :-

If you are inland then it is Okay, getting SINP verification letter for Job Offer category is almost impossible for out-lander applicants. In the case of difficulty, you can also think about SINP OID category, needs CLB 4 only (Low IELTS) Here is the list for required 21 Job NOCs for this :-

the employer is required to explain the types of general and
specialized equipment, materials, land or access rights and
business services purchased and how they are further
processed by the establishment.

Please anyone suggest how to reply for this...I don't understand what is documentation,please anyone clarify....

what do they (your company) deal with or produce? ..... the process of what material you guys buy, how and what do you do with it i.e.processing.

if you could share about a little about your company, people may find it easier to guide you to proceed.

i was a govt employee..my office doesn't provide a letter with work duties..my supervisors dont have letterhead of their own so they cant give me a letter for my job duties officially...also my office doesnt have a HR officer who can give me a job duties letter...even there is no official govt. record where the duties of my designation are listed...

I want to apply in SINP-OID, I know they dont consider affidavits for job duties even not made by the supervisors...so what shall i do know...

is there any way out?? i'm worried..

Ok .. even my supervisors can give me letter of reference but that wont be on company letter head..will it do??

The company deals with making of modular kitchen with advanced machineries, right from start to end process through machinery.
