Hello Abdul,

They will definitely give time to submit Birth Certificate if you have not provided in the application, so dont worry
But, apply BC ASAP and once you get it, mail them before they ask

i read somewhere, couldn't remember where exactly, that forms we submit should be in PDF right?

and for imm 0008 form, the barcode pages should be the first page, correct?

Yes, you read the right that the forms were to be posted in .pdf file format and this info was posted on this threard...!

and for imm 0008 form, the barcode pages should be the first page, correct?
Every page of this form has a page number at the top and you are not allowed to change the order of form pages, if you would place the barcode form pages first, the SINP form's order would be changed which probably, would not be acceptable to the SINP so, this is wrong that the barcode pages should be placed as first page.

and for OID applications, do you need to submit the ethical conduct disclosure? because it says here that only those who are assisted by anyone with their application and/or recruited by a foreign worker recruiter for a saskatchewan employer should sign this

I have applied to sinp on 5 jan but i think i have made a mistake in my spouse background declaration form..please help if its ok or shd i send the form again

In the education column no 7 My spouse enrolled for mba from 2010 to 2012 however due to some issues he did not receive his degree till date,so i did not specify that in the education field([post secondary )the no of years and neither in the column the details for the mba

Give the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education

however i have specified this in column 8 details of the activity that from 2010 to 2012 he was doing mba but degree not received...whta to do please help???

another question, this is for work experience. what i finished in college is bachelor's degree major in aeronautical engineering, but all my work experiences are computer-related, fits NOC 2282. i have no work experiences with the course i took up in college. i have received training before for NOC 2282 but that was a long time ago, more than 10 years, and i believe i did not get any certification in paper, it was the company who trained us. can i still apply for OID with NOC 2282? given all my experiences are related to this NOC? even the business i'm running currently is related to it.

The below is info given by one of the senior members one_topsy for SINP EE Application.

NOC 2281 is classified as NOC 'B'.
"Skill Level B — technical jobs and skilled trades. People usually need a college diploma or to train as an apprentice to do these jobs.

examples: chefs, electricians, plumbers"
They are usually more lenient when you claim NOC B.
Does that mean that when i get to canada, I will work in a NOC B job? (NO). I have even used the following titles in my experience letters:
System Administrator, Network Administrator, IT Support Officer, Information Systems Manager - got all the experience letters to match 2281.

He has done Bachelors in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and got nomination from SINP.

Hope this helps, Iam also planning to apply in NOC 2281 in next intake since I have Bachelors in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering.
NOC 2281 - 3 years of experience
NOC 2171 - 3 years of experience

So you have take risk of Applying in NOC 2281 or NOC 2281 plus get one year of experience in your related education field.

Dont worry, resend them your form filled with the correct data. Explain you entire issue and tell them why all the details were not given by you.
