(1) What is DATE OF BANK STATEMENT AND DATE OF CONVERSION in settelement funds section? Do i need to attach my Fixed Deposit certificate with bank statement?
(2) Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union form & IMM 5475 - Authority to Release Personal Information form are not applicable to me so do i need to delete screen or scan and attach both documents and write not applicable on them?

POF records as well as bank manager certificate on bank letter head about holding is good. U can attach 1 month old record.
Common law partner declaration related to situation only. Not compulsory.
But ethical conduct is must. Fill sig and date update then scan upload it

Common law partner declaration does not apply in my case but if I don't tick YES in that section, the status remains Yellow and does not become Green. So should I delete that screen OR should I attach blank form with NOT APPLICABLE written on it? Can you please tell what you did in this section?

Got nomination from SINP but now i have renewed my passport. Do i need to send an email to SINP to ask them mention my new passport number in Nomination certificate and reissue me or should i apply with old nomination certificate to CIC? : Thanks

In Ethical Conduct Form, Page No. 2 write Main Applicant Name, sign to and date. In Page No. 3 sign to Main Applicant and Spouse both.

Documents (Passport, BC, Certificate, Transcript, Experience Letter, POF, etc.)
Is any of the required documents should be certified copy of original?
Is the education certificate should be recognized first from any entity in Canada before applying?

My total GPA is 2.19 (Pass), Is my education certificate BSc in CS from Egypt will be counted?
What if I received after graduation diploma in IT, How it will be classified (Bachelor or Master)?

(Aug 2008 - Oct 2010) (1 year, 2 month) as [Full Time] NOC 2173 Software Engineer
(Nov 2008 - Mar 2010) (0 year, 5 month) as [Part Time] NOC 2173 Software Engineer
(Mar 2010 - May 2012) (2 years, 2 month) as [Full Time] NOC 2173 Software Engineer
(May 2012 - Oct 2013) (1 years, 5 month) as [Full Time] NOC 2171 Business Systems Analyst

Is the Experience before/during graduation (July 2010) will counted?
As i'm applying for NOC 2171, Is the gained experience as NOC2173 and NOC0213 will be counted in points?

What if i have more than the required POF as GOLD Bars?
What about if i have the required amount not in Canadian dollars?
What if the requested amounted was available in the account in less than 3 months?

Hi Ashu, It is in applicant details section. After completion of step no. 14= Applicant details final page it says MOVE TO NEXT SET OF APPLICATION SCREENS. After clicking that another page opens. In that page there is step 13 & 14. STATUTORY DECLARATION OF COMMON LAW UNION. So after clicking on step 13 it asks for required document- STATUTORY DECLARATION OF COMMON LAW UNION. And there is DELETE/REMOVE THIS SCREEN written above that. And there is option of YES below that.
So my question is should I click on (1) DELETE/REMOVE THIS SCREEN
or
(2) should I click on yes and attach blank form of STATUTORY DECLARATION OF COMMON LAW UNION. And write NOT APPLICABLE on top of that form and attach there.
Because if I don't click on yes button , step no. 13 & step no. 14 which is written on the left side of the screen remains yellow which means my application is not complete.
That is my issue.
