In the main CIC application itself IMM-0008. Additional family members and backgroud check is mandatory for you and your spouse where you will fill your whole family details and your spouse will fill his/her family details.

Hi,

I got email from one of the Program Integrity Officer(SINP) stating that Please provide evidence by October, 2016 that you shows why you are going to come to Saskatchewan.

I already got nominated but why they are asking same the question which i have answered earlier.

How can one provide evidence if one is not having relatives/ friends or job there.

I Have applied under NOC 2171 in July 2016 EE quota. But previously I had applied under NOC 2174 back in 2015 december. At that time I was rejected because my funds were not 3 months old.
Now the same NOC 2174 was not available and only NOC 2171 was there which is quite similar to 2174 so I have applied under this NOC with the same experience letter that I used earlier. Moreover, In my job I am performing the job duties which are given under 2171 NOC

Do SINP have problem over this ?

Anyone here who have same case as me please share their views and anyone who have complete Knowledge over this also give your opinion ?

Pls am new to this sinp stuff and my occupation is in the demand list but the only thing is that I am self employed with 4.5 years experience. My question is :
#Can I apply to sinp ? As I have prove of contracts, invoices, incorporation certificate ,pay Slips n one employee etc. If yes, what are the documents needed for submission to claim points for this? Because I can't find anything about self employed on their site.

I am bit confused about my employment history in SINP.


I am working for the same employer last 7 years but in 3 different position, in my SINP job experience shall I enter only 1 entry for the whole 7 years or 3 different entries for 3 different positions.
If only one entry for the whole period what will be my NOC code?
I am bit stuck on this issue.

i have degree in different field than my experience. but i have computer course certificate from a reputable institute. i have 4 yr experience in noc 2171. will sinp consider my course certificate as training in same field as occupation, and can i claim points under 3 yr university degree as is my degree???

its not mandatory ur work experience and education should be related.

If the duties under 3 different position that you worked for comes under one specific NOC , then YES you can claim points for 7yr of Experience or if your duties under these 3 positions contradicts then you go for the one for which you have maximum experience and apply under that specific NOC.

As long as your employment is full time and paid then yes you can apply for it.

To Prove your Experience you need to have Employment letters specifying your position in the company, your roles ( roles should match with the roles & duties under whatever NOC you think your eligible for).

Pls help by sharing your observation in this regards....

You will receive email confirmation within 24 hrs which includes nomination confirmation document, but the same will be reflected in the EE profile where it asks you to accept or reject the nomination.
