Will someone please advise , if IELTS expire during process of SINP then there is any threats ?? .. and if person nominated then we have to do IELTS again for PR application? ... its very bad i m waiting my 2nd review decision since May-2015 but no response from SINP. i have no option for resubmit file my NOC is also not listed now .

IELTS must for CIC. Pls read my earlier post. They sent back my paper app.

CIC has returned my Paper base due to " Cancelled as Incomplete" and don't refund the Processing Fee, which I paid through Credit Card instant payment. What is the reason? I would send my Application again after IELTS exam. Have I to pay Processing Fee again or my earlier paid fee will work?

Hi guys, i have a question regarding my NOC occupation code regarding my work experience.

I need to collect 13 points at least from the "Skill Work Experience" to reach the minimum 60 points, but i'm not sure if i can get it because i've had different job positions over the years.

I too did the same. Gave ups address and ask our ups guys to ship it to me.

For paper application CIC doesnt expect it to be current but better to attach irrelevant of skill level. Many submitted expired and had no issues.

No need to new payment. People used to just send back with the added document to cic without new payment.

You have to choose NOC 2171, it is the only for Computer Field, 0213 is very tough to get naminate. They don't have any interest on your Job title, they check only Job duties and responsibilities. Paste these lines with Job responsibilities for each Job letter, and go for 2171.

I got email from one of the Program Integrity Officer(SINP) stating that Please provide evidence by October, 2016 that you shows why you are going to come to Saskatchewan.

I already got nominated but why they are asking same the question which i have answered earlier.

Dear I think NO, only those documents which are not in English Language are required to be attested or certified, rest no need.

Hello azeb. than for reply. but if you nominated then you must take IELTS before apply to federal. those who didnot send IELTS result or who's results are expire CIC return back their application with saying incomplete. so you must do IELTS again.
