Hmm but i do not understand why they need IELTS for NOC A & B as it is mentioned on checklist that only NOC C candidates need to submit IELTS TRF ......

So now wht would be your next step as your Nomination is still valid till 1 dec 2016

Hi, I have a question. For SINP-OID, when you send your PR paper application, do you have to send certified true copies of the documents, i.e. do you have to notarize copies of the documents? Thanks.

Yes, they rejected unnecessarily. I am preparing for IELTS by 8th OCt. date. I don't receive my returned Parcel yet, and some guys told me in forum it would reach in 1 month by the cheapest mail, means 8th Sept. I am only assuming about the rejection reason, they don't tell me any thing. I sent a query about my rejection through "Case Specific Inquiry" and they replied by email that "you would know the reason while receive your packet, the responsible officer mentioned in cover letter about the exact reason"

OID, Category - B, but they cancelled many cases due to absence of IELTS, I read in forums.

I have sent CERTIFIED copy by NOTARY PUBLIC of all required documents.

It has been clearly mentioned in guide.

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.
Who can certify copies?

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:

In Canada:

a notary public
a commissioner of oaths
a commissioner of taking affidavits
Authority to certify varies by province and territory. Consult your local provincial or territorial authorities.

Outside Canada:

a notary public
Authority to certify international documents varies by country. Consult your local authorities.

Family members may not certify copies of your documents. Family member is defined as being a: parent, guardian, sibling, spouse, common-law partner, grandparent, child, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew and first cousin.

Thank you for your help batoolkhan.

I will like to know if credential evaluation (WES or IQUAS) is compulsory to send for Occupation in demand when sending the PR application?

Thanks.

No.... none of the educational and working credentials including WES have been asked by IRCC for paper based provincial application
