I have a question regarding PCC, probably from folks who have been through CIC stage. I studied and lived in the UK for about 16 months and departed January 2015. I obtained a PCC certificate from ACRO UK last year July in preparation for CIC stage if I was nominated. The certificates as I was told by ACRO officer is valid for only 3 months if it will be used for Immigration. However on CIC website it states For "countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country" (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp).The last time I lived in the United Kingdom was 01/2015. The certificate was issued after the last time I lived in that country.

Do I need to apply for another PCC from ACRO after nomination? or the one I already obtained in July 2015 is sufficient?

I know I need to renew the PCC for my current country of residence if more than 3 months but do I need to renew the UK PCC as well? I have not returned since my departure.

guys ,i have a question regarding oid stream,is it true that sinp will not allocate any points for indian bachelor degree, because of they dont recognize the indian degrees ??? for those who have not master degree and they presented their bachelor degree?

wes has recognized my degree as equivalent to 3 years bachelor canadian degree, but since sinp does not require wes evaluation and their have their own system of evaluation ,i did not sent my ECA,so just wondering if the above quote is right or wrong?

any indians here were nominated with bachelor degree in oid stream?
