SINP recognize 3 years Bachelor's degree, but some additional requirements, like this :- (Read blue colour lines carefully)

Employment requirements
A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline
or
1. Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
2. Experience as a computer programmer is usually required.
3. Certification or training provided by software vendors may be required by some employers.

for Point No. 1 and 2 you already eligible. For Pt. No. 3 you can attach ON Job Training Certificate (OJTC). You showed your Job Exp. for 10 years i.e. From 1st January, 2006 to 31st Dec. 2015. For the 1st one year of your Job period you can convert as On Job Training means From 1st January, 2006 to 31st Dec. 2006. Then u will qualify for this NOC. I will send u the sample of OJTC and this will also prepare as Ref. Letter style company's letterhead.

Dear Expert,

I have some important question and need advice.

1- If someone got married during 2nd review process then can someone add his spouse during 2nd review process of PNP?
2- If Spouse will be added in CIC stage after nomination of SINP skilled worker catergory OID then will it effect the processing time of 15 months paper based ?
3- Which option is better regarding processing time to add spouse before nomination or after nomination ?? ...
4- Spouse need family sponsorship if we add him in CIC stage or just adding by sending forms to CIC or the process will start from zero through family sposnsorship ??

Please must advice ??

Offoh, why are u worrying about spouse? There are many spouses waiting for u in Canada. Go alone dear. Then call your spouse By Super Visa scheme, it is specially for family reunification.

Dear thnx for reply. actually i am already fed-up the processing time in SINP. i am waiting my 2nd review decision since May-2015. I am january 2015 OID applicant. i was rejected due to license that is not possible for outside canada people. As u suggest about super visa i think it takes too much processing time. I just want to add my spouse with my application during my process. i am going to be marry in Feb 2017.

There decision about review is doubtful. Generally they deny. You must fill fresh application.
You can also think about Morden Immigration. (If there is a problem in SINP)

I have close relative in saskatchewan .. That gave me 20 points extra . Morden immigration clearify that if u have some connection in other u r not eligible further accountant is not in demand list of morden immigration..accountant Noc is deleted in sinp list so can't apply fresh application..some accountant clerks and officers works without license in Saskatchewan ...

Earlier, I had applied for SINP (December Express entry 2015) in Noc 2174 but at that time my funds were not 3 months older. So it was rejected. Since I have maintained those funds now and SINP Express entry is opened again but at this time that same Noc 2174 is not there. Instead of that Noc 2171 is there. I have applied under this in july intake and I have got my file number as well

In my job I have 6 years of experience so I am handling job duties which comes under Noc 2171.According to my own technical knowledge and after matching my job duties with HRDC job duties for NOC 2171 there are around 45 % of my work falls under 2171 and 55 % falls under 2174

Now I need suggestion from all of the members. Will SINP consider my application properly or they will make a question on this.
