Would this suffice? - Getting the job responsibilities (as in a reference letter) printed on a stamp paper and getting it signed by my manager and attaching his visiting card ...
Because getting a letter head is going to be tricky..

I think Letter Head must. They mention this in Application Guide.

Also, for the POF, do they count only the savings bank account balance? Or can we include others things like provident fund and fixed deposits, mutual fund ?

You can include all S.B. A/c, Fixed Deposit etc. But for Provident Fund you have to clarify them and explain it's nature and fund value flexibility.

Apparently SINP is closed for all categories. Meanwhile you can visit the site and check ur eligibility.

Can anybody tell me about the POF at CIC stage ......Does CIC VO asked for bank statement under OID paper based category at some later stage? I just wanna know that should we worry about our funds after sending documents to CIC ?

Although POF are not required at the time of submission of your PR application to CIO Sydney, but at later stage visa officer at LVO may ask for up to date last 6 months bank statement whilst processing your application. They did ask in my case, so maintain your funds throughout your application processing time.

Fahad its other way around

One guys app with almost all docs missing moved to process on 19 May and quickly to inelegible. they worked pretty fast on rejecting that guy's application.

This is the part of the e-mail of Officer's Letter of Request for Additional documents. They clearly mentioned about reminder for processing.
"Please do not contact the SINP regarding your file status as this may delay processing. The SINP will
contact you if any further information is required. If any of your personal information changes (i.e.
mailing address, family composition, marital status etc.), please notify our office quoting your file
number."

Status changed to Waiting on Applicant from In Process. They need CAnada Relative Health Card, for my Jan. 16 OID Application, In process from 28 April.
