Also what if IELTS expires during the processing of application?? (SINP Application)

Hi,

If your IELTS certificate was valid at the time of your application submission then there's no need to worry about it. My IELTS results expired two months before I was nominated and SINP did not request a new certificate.

during the process of SINP application , if IELTS get expired , there 99% chances to refuse your application. Bcoz , you got some points based on your IELTS CLB level. So they will ask you to upload latest IELTS.

During EE/CIC procession also they may ask IELTS results.(Exprets correct me if I am wrong). So as soon as try to re-apply IELTS for safe side.

Wrong. SINP does not refuse your application if your IELTS expires. If the IELTS is valid at the time of the application submission then you are good to go (this is from my experience).

Second, CIC does not require IELTS if your profession is in skilled NOC (this is also from my experience) I did not submit IELTS and was not requested from CIC to submit it.

Thanks both for your valuable suggestions but dear....I am confused now,......two different opinions...... :'(
As per rules, it seems IELTS not required at CIC because I fall under Noc A skilled category......
Logically with sinp, since my app is under process so no need to submit IELTS certificate again, I think.

I dont know what to do now????

During process also , if they go IELTS check then it effects. If they pass that step and the application is at end of the process it doe't matter.

Though, there is no harm to take IELTS to avoid sudden surprises. It is up to me..you all know these CIC/PNP case workers are crazy. most of the time the process is depends on case officer. So now the ball is in oyur court. you can think abt it

dear app submission date was 26 sep oid sinp and in process on 2 April and processing time of app as per sinp is 7.2 months. So my processing time is at the end

They asked for my updated history of transactions, I've sent them it, they added it, and turned my application "In Process" again, but my funds still not converted.

What happen exactly when u say, fund converted.! I m Sep'15 applicant and Application is " in Process " since 15 days. My fund had been converted at the bottom , immediately when I file my application on 26th Sep'15.
