Anyone predicts when the next intake will open for SINP ?

My IELTS will be expired on feb 2017 n frankly speaking dont want to retake. m fed up with this exam. I have already given 4 times.

I think you should be fine as you still got almost a year left. As soon as you get SINP nomination in the next intake you can apply for PR application straight away with a valid IELTS result. Once CIC receives your valid IELTS along with your PR application they wont ask again even your IELTS gets expired at the later stage of processing. What's your current CLB score?

Hello Desai,

Did SINP accept your Provident fund as proof of funds? There are people who submitted Employee Provident Fund (EPF) which is similar to RRSP was not accepted for their SINP Application
Can you please provide the letter of explanation cover letter if you have submitted, so that it will be helpful for everyone?

my application is still in Received stage however, my friend has provided the same letter as a explanation of PF.

L-7 S-6.5 W-6.5 R-6.5 . yes I am waiting for the next intake. Already ready with all the docs.

If you get nomination and get ITA and if you apply for PR before this date, there will be no problem. Or else you will need to give IELTS again as you will need a valid IELTS for applying to CIC.

For PF, u need to give them a covering latter or explaination about the fund. You should mention that it is as good as RRSP (registered retirement savings plan) which they have in Canada also, mention that this find is yours are you are going to get at the time of retirement Or leaving the organisation.
