Applying date- 5/12/2015 EE points- 362

In process- 14/12/2015 saskatchewan ponts- 63

Saskatchewan government opened cases 3 4 times continuously in last 1 2 months. My each and every document was up to date and properly completed. I know their processing time for SINP nomination is 2.8 months. But some applicants who applied on same date got their nomination in only 10 15 days after applying. moreover, The Saskatchewan immigration government always open fresh 500 caps after every 15 20 days without giving any update about previous cases. everyone wo have applied for SINP international skilled worker is confused about their status. Now please clear that what are the chances for state nomination for all the candidates who have applied and have complete documenation ?

Frnds my time line is below:

Applying date- 17/12/2015 EE points- 382

In process- 29/12/2015 saskatchewan ponts- 62

Still waiting for response... god knows when they will reply. Earlier it was very fast and now they slowed down a bit ???

Not sure what will be there decision on my profile :-[

Nothing to worry, as the OID processing time is 7.2 months approx., you need to wait until March 2016

I saw application status changed to In progress submitted just 2 days before me i.e. 23-Sep-2015

SINP is now picking up pending Sept OID applications. I had my currency conversion yesterday. is it a good sign? is there anyone who got rejected after correct currency conversion?

Hi everyone,

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.

I have applied in SINP Express entry and got nomination. While filling the PR application I came to know that My father-in-law has applied for Canada PR in 2002
when my spouse age was 14 year and that file was refused in 2007 when my spouse age was 19 year.
My father-in-law has included my spouse as a dependent child.
They have also stamp in my spouse old passport. Now she has new passport with my name.

Now the questions are
1)While submiting the SINP Application in Schedule A Background_Declaration from in point 6(d).

"Has <xyz> been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa
(including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program)
or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?"

I have selected NO.
Do I need to select yes and sent to SINP before submitting the PR file?

2)In the Express entry Profile, there is one question in spouse section.

"Do you ever applied for permanent resident?"

I have selected No.

What to do in this while submitting the PR file?

I think u selected the right choice

Her father had been refused not her

Good Luck buddy :)

Guys I have one doubt. When I submitted my application on sep 25 th,bank balance which I had that time was 11700 $ in my account. But minimum amount which I should be having is 11950$ .
But now Canada currency rate went down. If they are calculating my bank balance, it will be more than 12000$ hence I will be eligible with needed settlement fund. So when they check my application, will they convert using old currency value or the latest Canadian currency value?

Pls help guys !

Hello Vicky,

They convert the currency on the day when they finalize your application. The trend observed is two to three days before when people get nomination currency is converted on that particular date.

Suppose Today is the date when they finalize your application, They will convert as per today's exchange rate and So i guess you are lucky that CAD has weakened.
