Finally I've something good to share!!!

I received AOR today from CIC, had to wait for more than 3 months for that email but it's worth!

Application received by CIC: Aug 6th
AOR received : Nov 12th

Now I'm a bit relieved that my application is complete and it's under processing!!!

Just got update from one of the member that his application was rejected due to missing document. Apologies from me, seems like SINP changed its working style :-[ :-X :-\

I applied For SINP Express Entry on 07-04-2015 and received request for additional missing/incomplete information on 09-03-2015. They gave a 45 days response time-frame and requested i send in the code of conduct form, missing employment confirmation letter and recent bank statement with the transaction history for the 3 months prior to the application till date. I responded with the information on 10-9-2015 but the bank statement I provided didn't have the amount required 3 months prior to the application. I had a term deposit account that is fixed for 3 months (due in January 2016) with the required amount and also the bank statement does have enough funds currently as well.

I sent an email to SINP and I was told all the documents have be received and attached to my file. An officer will get back to me if further information is required. My status on OASIS shows "waiting on applicant". There is no update yet. How long do you think it will be to receive an update or a nomination? Do you think if one passes the basic review stage the likelihood of nomination is higher?

Your response will be greatly appreciated.

My brother in low applied as a biological technian although he is a doctor so his application returned . The question is if they need a doctor next January ?can anyone know?if yes how can his qualifications be licened ? The other qiestion although he is a tropical medicine specialist and his qualification in medicine . His experience in biological laboratory assistant for eight years but he didn't mention that .. So if he write this in his experience in January they will accept him as biological technician?

I have a question about proof of work experience. A letter of reference from my supervisor on company letterhead is enough for showing my work experince or it should be legalized by ministry of justice?

Your reference letter must contain your duties and responsibilities
Related to ur intended noc

No need to attest from ministry of justice

Adding to the reply above:-

If you work for govt org than you must attested it from ministry of foreign affairs prior to applying for PR. This is infact needed for your own job security. Or if you work for military than it also must pre authorized by respected body. Otherwise for pvt organization, no need ...
