I am cost and management accountant from Pakistan. I have been working as Financial Director for different companies and never provided services to public. The CPA website states that Financial Director can not be licensed.

How can I make sure that my application will not be refused. The case worker may think that I need to be licensed.

My first decision was rejected due to license issues. My 2nd review is still in process. I realize there is a dispute between CPA authority and SINP regarding license. We couldn't get register and will not get license while we are outside Canada. Now let see what they will be decided and resolve the matter.

You should apply asap to either SINP EE or OID category whichever opens first instead of waiting for 2nd review which takes ages to review.

Hello Arsal , i have search those who are applied in the noc.1111 their results are still pending their status are just received and in process also since july.2015... And when u see the current list after july this noc has been deleted from OiD...

If you focus on Arsal's Advice then
He mean to say that if 2nd review is taking too much time and since you haven't hear anything positive regarding your case which you had filed on 2nd January intake then its better to withdraw your previous application and prepare for the new CAP.

I agreed with you but there is no other option for accountant except NOC-1111 and this NOC has been deleted from their OID and express entry demand list.

I see, in that case we can only hope for the best.
But be positive buddy, they might add this occupation in January 2016 intake.
Be ready and meanwhile check other Provinces too.
