Well, 210 days have passed since my app was placed under 2nd review.

Once again, I've sent SINP an email, demanding them to give me some closure on that.

Either nominate me or decline/reject me, but don't keep me on this limbo.

Wrote straight to Christa Ross, immigrantion dept head. Lets see what happens

If that doesn't work, I'm gonna try and contact the minister himself.

Thanks MSOOMRO for replying on my questions, yeah i have done all the uploads like education, birth, experience, conduct and disclosure form, etc but i know how to upload but my question is where to upload Filled Federal forms

and where to put information of dependents?

I guess submit button will appear if they are accepting application, is that right?

There are two set of screens, once you complete the first set of screens which consist of point Grid, Education, experience, Birth certificate, passport, English ability etc. Click on "Move to next set of application screens". Here you will find screens for family information, Settlement Funds, connection in SKS, Previous applications and then screens for CIC forms starts for IM0008 - Generic application, IM5406 Additional Family Members etc..

How strict are they with NOC ?Will they change the NOC to the most suitable one grant us nominee certificate?

Hi, I have a question. I have already opened the Express Entry profile and selected all provinces as my preference in my application. Will it be a problem if I apply under SINP... considering the fact that I am already under Express Entry?

If it is a problem, then can I withdraw my Express Entry application an apply under SINP in January?

Not a problem, I had selected All Provinces too in EE profile
and got SINP Nomination.

Well, your job duties and responsibilities must match with the applied NOC,
they would not assign you NOC CODE themselves,
So be careful while selecting NOC code,

you can send an email to noc@workingincanada.gc.ca with all your duties
to make sure about your NOC code.

Thanks for providing the mail ID.But I have already submitted the applications.I heard from one of my friend that SINP will review and put you in the correct NOC.But I have no idea so posted here to confirm. I just mailed, may I know how long it will take to hear back from them

No friend, they wouldn't change noc code for you other then the one selected by you.

They do change the NOC code if they find your NOC is more relevant to some other NOC. They did it for me not sure if would follow the same policy. I was fine with the other NOC because I have same # of years experience in both the NOC's. When ever they change the NOC you can see that in your online A/c.

My brother in low is a doctor wants to apply next January under in demand without job offer . But his NOC not found as a physician so he wants to apply under biological technician NOC. Can he ?

If his duties and responsibilities matches to "Biological Technician" occupation then surely he can apply.

Need Help With Bank Statement, Wife's Birth Certificate and Job Experience letter

Iam in the process of submitting the SINP Application online, however, I have two major hurdles, for which I need help from forum members

Bank Statement:
Iam married, and have one kid (4years), Do I need to show $18500 CAD or $10000 (i have read in old post) in my bank statement - 3months Average.
Also, Can i take money from my Mom,relative or a bank loan, if Iam short with some money

Birth Certificate:
My wife does not have a birth certificate, and it is not possible to get one.Can I produce a affidavit or some other document (she has passport)?

Job Experience letter:
I work in a big multi-national company, and they are not ready to give roles and responsibilities on letter head, and there is no provision for my Manager to secure a letter head - to put roles and responsibilities. They have given me once experience letter mentioning my role and time of joining. Also, Is it possible for the Manager, to send the roles and responsibilities by company official email.


Request your immediate assistance, as I intend to submit this application by this weekend.
