SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hello guys, I have read the article that the SINP has opened new slots for skilled workers this september. I have completed my pre-application through the OASIS portal but I can't seem to see the submit button even at the final page of the application. Please advise guys! Thanks

1- Please give me the URL to add my information on separate sheet.
2-I forgot uploading "settlement plan", whether it affect my file and they reject me because of that? I also sent it by email to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca

yes I have completed everything and already 'checked for completeness', but still can't find the submit button? and by the way, it is only 13 steps in my end. Step 13 is already the APPLICATION DETAILS AND FINAL PAGE.

Have you uploaded the scanned copies of relevant federal application forms for you and your spouse, and your accompanied family member detail, their passports and birth certificates. If not then you are only half way through of completing this application.

Don't worry they will request you "settlement plan" once they have started processing your application.

Hello all!

Please answer my questions!

I've visited Nova Scotia in 2013 mentioned in forms purpose of travel as 'visiting friends'. Is this the obstacle for participation in SINP in-demand sub category?

Please, give some piece of advice how can I express intention to live in Saskatchewan? Is there any space to attach explanation letter when I submit application online? or it's not necessary and settlment plan is enough?

Seniors Please help me in the below queries regarding my SINP Application....

a) Actually, I submiited my SINP EE Application on 10-June-2015(Current SINP EE Status is "In Process") considering that I'm eligible for EE as WES had recognized my MCA which I completed from Sikkim Manipal Univeristy thru Distance Education mode in 2013..Unfortunately, WES is not recognizing this univerisity now and considering as non-Canadian standard and they have also mentioned abt this in their website.However, i submitted my SINP EE profile by considering my Masters..If my Master's is not taken into consideration, then I'm not eligible for EE and SINP EE as well..I submiited the detials as per the WES report..If CIC or SINP cross verfies with WES, am not sure how they will handle..keeping my fingers crossed..

b) Secondly, am eligible for recently opened SINP Ocupations In-Demand cateogory stream without considering my Masters as i dont need to be eligible for EE..However, I m not sure abt the details which i need to give in my Education in the system...Can i give highest level of education as Masters and claim points only for Bachelors..

Shall i wait for the SINP EE response and then submit my SINP Occupations in Demand appln..??

b) Can we submit the same in the nearest visa office and they will take care of it? (eg: Delhi or Chennai )
c) How NDVO will send back the passports after stamping?
d) Usually how long it takes to get it stamped?

You would have received instruction on where to send passports.
I heard from other forums that you have vfs service for Canadian visas. So use them which is very effective and fast instead of sending the passports directly to consulate.
Using their service will include both sending and getting them back.

One of my relative wants to apply for SINP without job offer category.
He can apply under 2171 or 2174. Questions

1. Is there a cap for individual occupations with in 1000? If yes, is the cap for 2171 or 2174 filled?
2. My relative will take another 4-5 days to collect everything? Is there a chance by then in those categories?

First of all you should not have put incorretly that you have Canadian equivalent Master's when WES didn't recognize it. CIC or SINP will definitely do the basic cross verification with WES. If they find you gave false information to be eligible, you might face punishment where you will not be eligible for any kind of Canadian Visa for 5 years. I hope you have not given incorrect information about your Master's.

Secondly from what I read in the forum who have contacted SINP, if your EE application is under process, you cannot apply for Occupation In-Demand category.

Is WES report required for SINP EE? If so, just apply for the recent occupation in demand if still open or wait till 2016 because your University is not recognised according to your WES report. Occupation in demand does not need WES report. I hope this helps.
