I'm Accountant (under NOC 1111), Does that means i can apply for SINP without job offer and I will get 600 point more ? and they will select me from the pool ?

Hi seniors, im sinp express enrty applicant but processing and eligibilty criteria is same as jan 2015 intake at sinp level. I submitted application on 8 june and my status turned to in process after 2 months that is on 7 august. Now i checked sinp updated my funds in settlement funds tab and they change conversion date to 20 august. Funds are 3 months old and enough and according to me every document was submitted. So yet no request of additional documents. What you guys think, now how much time sinp will take to give outcome.

Rules change for different programs and different evaluation methods as time goes by, hence you can post your question in below thread:

Reason: For this program they never returned any application but they did for EE. So they are evaluating it differently.

Based on observations on previous year applications, they not only put some applications on pending just for review but also they have their own allocation of number of nominations for each quarter/month/year and also based on when a particular program's nomination to be completed and the priority of other programs they need to complete. So the remaining applicants are actually internally put on hold for further review. As we dont know their schedule of reviewing this program's remaining applications, its just luck when the applications are reviewed again.

I think its similar to ottawa.
When does they send for MR after file transfer?
How long it takes after file transfer for PPR?

don't know, but as VO is ND, can guess your PPR will be with in 6 month or less
