Application was received on 28/05/15.

We are not qualifying for EE hence want to apply for SINP.What all documents one should keep in hand?
My husband is a Mechanical Engineer with NOC 2132which is a regulated one.kindly advise us pls

The SINP usually opens from earlier of every year, for example SINP 2015 opened in JAN 2,2015 and it completed on that day due to the huge number of applicants . So you can gather the required documents in order to send them immediately as soon as they announce the SINP 2016 without job offer stream .you are be able to gather documents and qualifications according to the below link (downloading the form of

If your work experience is related to 2131 & 2132 then you will get 8 points for those 4 years.
If you want to apply in 2131 then you need License eligibility from Sask but for 2132 it doesn't need that.

How can we get this lisence? this is so confusing

I have been working on my application, please clarify my confusion regarding submission of my application in SINP.

I am a BSc civil engineer, Hav done MSc in construction management from uk (equivalent to Canada as per WES report). Currently working in Abu Dhabi As Estimation Engineer.
My NOC is 2131 for civil engineer (compulsory certification yes) and 2234 for construction estimator (compulsory certification no)

As I have Checked SINP Guidelines where under eligibility requirements they said about certificate of qualification which as per my understanding can be granted after giving exams (correct me if i am wrong)... so cant we apply if we dont have COQ?

How can we get COQ or give exams while sitting in Abu Dhabi?

Its given in page4 of the application guide on how to obtain license. People got rejected after applying without license.

Few got license while being outside of Canada. Ask the respective regulatory body. They are prompt in replying.
