SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

I think that SINP just playing with applicants in 2015. Everyone is depressed for their decisions and Systems. I have a strong family connection in SASK but my file also rejected in skilled category of accountant due to license. My 2nd review is in process since 35 days.

I suppose that SINP priority is Express Entry, but I think that as long your status is in waiting you still have a chance.

Yes its pain. Unfortunately they are very strict on license requirement. I think last year they might have issued nomination even with applicant being eligible but this time they are asking for actual license. Possibly may be they might have received more applications on this NOC with actual license itself hence they hesitate to issue nomination for the guys who dont have.

Yes my friend to apply SINP Express Entry in a Regulated NOC , they state this

"If your work experience is in an occupation that is regulated in Saskatchewan and requires mandatory (compulsory) certification or licensing in Saskatchewan, you are required to obtain proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure to be able to work in that profession before you apply to the SINP. Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body is required as part of your SINP application. "

and when they say "Proof of eligibility" this doesn't mean only a email or letter from your regulatory boy saying that you will meet
the requirements, but the certification or credential that only can obtain after 1 year or so.

Yes, our old applications are now available in new system. But this time we can check only status, nothing else like whatever we attached.
