What are the chances that International skilled workers - Occupations in demand sub category will again open in 2016. Pl reply urgently as I will take ielts test and spend money on qualifications assessment only if it will open again in 2016 as quote for 2015 is already finished.

Open it

Take the ielts
Prepare your bank account since now
Collect all your.documents
Etc

Be positive

Buddy, I agree that i would be waste of time and money but we have very less chances nowadays and that too while not being on work/student permit or not having any connection to some province. We need to try which is the only option we have.

Mine as well is morethan 90 days after i requestd for a second review..tried to emeil them sometime in May and they replied saying that my application is now still in process with an immigration officer..
I also tried to log in to the old system but it's the new one that appears when i browsed it..

Its been 115 days since it changed to "In-process" for second review.
Got a reply a month before standard reply "Application is now still in process with an immigration officer"

I don't have access to either of the systems to see the status except to send email.

Hoping they will act on the 2nd review applications.

Yes of course, you should live in Saskatchewan at least 2 years.

Anyone knows the source of this info? where does it say that the person must live in Saskatchewan for at least 2 years?

Tried accessing my old account on the new system, and it indeed works.

My application status is - Appeal (not 2nd review anymore).

Not sure if it's just a different nomenclature or anything like that.

Either way, on their last reply to my emails they said it's still under review with an immigration officer and if they need more documents (or when a decision has been made) they would contact me.

Sounds like bullsh*t to me, but, what else can I do? Nothing but wait

I think that SINP just playing with applicants in 2015. Everyone is depressed for their decisions and Systems. I have a strong family connection in SASK but my file also rejected in skilled category of accountant due to license. My 2nd review is in process since 35 days.
