Hey guys,

I have 31 months work experience in an in-demand occupation, so that totals to about 2 and a half years. If I select 2 years I will get 59 points in total but if I select 3 years I will get 60. So what does one do for that half year of work experience?

Thanks :)

Did you double check your points using 2 years of experience ?
how about IELTS which CLB is?

Any chance you can ask your supervisor to state in ur reference letter that you have 3 years experience, instead of 2 and a half only?

Guys, a very specific question:

My father passed away last saturday, june 6th.

Is it necessary to send this kind of information to SINP, to update my records?

I'm not sure if there was such a field to fill in in my background declaration form.

Any advice?

Sinp just replied me today saying that 2nd reviews are going to take a lot longer than 60 days cause there are way too many to be reviewed. I think that's bs. They are only saying that cz they want EE to go as fast as possiblep, leaving the rest of us, yet to be nominated, behind. I now think that I might get my nomination via EE before they even answer to my second review request.

Correct analysis. Good that you applied through EE. Good luck buddy.

they changed the processing times on the CIC website and it become much longer :o :o :o :o :o :o

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/provincial.asp

also our friend victor had very good analysis but it shows different times

can some one explain that ....

Its is update a while ago in Apr/may. I heard its updated quarterly. So same timeline for me but let us see if it improves in next quarter.

And as Victor was saying, in reality its less hence let us track the respective visa office's applications once our VO is known.

Really to hear about your lost, the Bible states in John 5:28 and 29 some comforting promise to the future

It is not necessary in this stage to inform SINP, after getting nominated you are going to fill all your
information again to send CIC, at that time update any information accordingly.

Sorry for your loss.
Because this matter only changes your Schedule A form and SINP never deal with that form before your nomination then it is not require to inform province but after nomination you should update your Schedule A.

Nothing. 3 years means 3 years of full time work experience.
Like you said, you have only 2 and half years...

You could try for practice, but expect a rejection and be ready for next year or other programs.

Thanks for your help guys. I have sorted it out. :-*
