Please will SINP ACCEPT Pension account as evidence for settlement plan?

Since they accept RRSP, yes (I too used those as proof).
But I read in NSNP thread, that one applicant got a call from case officer, asking for an email from the Pension administrators, stating they could withdraw it after resigning...
So be prepared for such a request in a few month (if it isn't too late yet, only 1000 places in this program).

How long (time) they will give us from visa issuing to travelling?

Its not up to them, its standard mandated by CIC.
You have 1 year from the date of the medical exams, to activate the visas.

2. How long can I wait to land in Canada after
my Canada Immigration Visa is issued?

You must land in Canada before the expiry
date, which appears on your Canada
Immigration Visa. Usually, the expiry date is
one year from the time medical examinations
were completed. As this is not always the case,
be sure to verify the expiry date as soon as you
receive your Canada Immigration Visa.

My friend,
Information inside CIC website is not base on reality and they are always showing bigger numbers.

I always collect information from different groups/forums/ spreadsheets and when I compare those input information I can get a good and real results. ;)

You will get your visa just like me in FEB 2016!

Next spring is the best time in the year for everyone to land in Canada! ;)

Sinp just replied me today saying that 2nd reviews are going to take a lot longer than 60 days cause there are way too many to be reviewed. I think that's bs. They are only saying that cz they want EE to go as fast as possiblep, leaving the rest of us, yet to be nominated, behind. I now think that I might get my nomination via EE before they even answer to my second review request.

Hey guys,

I have 31 months work experience in an in-demand occupation, so that totals to about 2 and a half years. If I select 2 years I will get 59 points in total but if I select 3 years I will get 60. So what does one do for that half year of work experience?

Thanks :)

Nothing. 3 years means 3 years of full time work experience.
Like you said, you have only 2 and half years...

You could try for practice, but expect a rejection and be ready for next year or other programs.
