First of all, you should download checklist file:

http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/sinp-100-30

It will show what exactly is needed to be filled for apply.

I applied in 2nd jan 2015 without job offer. My noc is 1111 i got 84 points as my close relative in canada.. My app is rejected due to license requirement. License and registration required Residency in Saskatchewan. i have applied for review. Seniors any suggestion regarding license or in my case ?

I meet all the eligibility conditions to apply for SINP under information analyst and consultant NOC.BUT I dont have enough funds to demonstrate from march to may.I do have enough funds from june first week .Just want to know
Am I eligible to apply for SNIP(by having enough funds from June-2015)?
Do we really need to show the bank statement since march with sufficient funds?
How do they verify?do they check the funds from the time that we file the application?
is it not enough if we have funds 3 months before we fly to canada ?was their any exception for this clause?
If i start filing the application now and definitely it takes minimum of 6 months to fly canada,will that not be suffice if we maintain funds just three months before we fly?
Please help me with other possible alternatives.

Sorry jayakrishna, u will not be eligible for nomination if u have not require fund from last 3 months. U can see many applicants from 2014 & 2015 thread who got rejection due to this requirement only. They r very strict on fund area. Better u look for other option or wait for next year intake.

SINP cannot control the candidate situation after nomination hence verification happens during application with SINP.

For PNP(non express entry) PR application:
Even there is no documents being requested at CIC stage hence SINP verifies on funds availability during nomination stage at SINP. Not sure if this is the case for EE.

But anyway you can give it a shot and see if you qualify. But it might be waste of time and effort and emotional stress (if this is your only option) and frustration seeing other applicants getting nominated. So decide based on that.

Sorry buddy. License is one of the major criteria they strictly use. So i dont think we can get through it without the license. Many rejections till now on the same for whom did not have license.

Then your second review request is not important anymore because you are sure you can receive your Express Entry nomination maximum 4 months later in OCTOBER
