Hello FSWCIO, can you please say where did you hear that Nova Scotia EE has filled up? Please share, thanks.

They didn't close it officially yet but Nova Scotia accept 350 applicant only under this category. Don't you think it's too lage now.. SINP accepted 500 applicant which filled up in under a hour.

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)’s Online Application System will be going through a major upgrade to improve the system’s efficiency and user experience. The online application system will not be available from June 3 – 7, 2015.
These upgrades will impact all online applications that have been started but not yet submitted to the SINP. If you do not complete and submit your online application before June 3, 2015, your unfinished application will be closed. Please refer to the SINP section for more information on what is required for the particular category you may be eligible to apply to. You are encouraged to submit your application prior to June 3rd and advise the SINP if you are still waiting for a required document and provide that document as soon as possible by email to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca.
If you do not submit your application by June 3rd, you will need to register again and start a new application on or after June 8, 2015.

The updated Entrepreneur Category is now open to new candidates. Only online submissions will be accepted.

My application package is received by CIC today at 11:03 as per Fedex online tracking website, after 5 days. However, it was not signed by Mike nor D. Lewis. It says M.KRSWDA.

M might stand for Mike for all I know. Anyway, I'm glad that it reached the destination w/o any hassle.
