You can send them new documents and update your application before they make their final decision on your file.

Only SINP can answer your question sinppp2015. I got nomination on 21st April 2015 , after required document submission on 6th March 2015.

All the ones who has there status "In Process" can expect Nominations soon before SINP Express Entry Class starts.
thank you for your prompt answer

in my opinion it is better to take patient instead of send any email to them since there is a great emphasis in their letters (emails ) on not send any email as it could be cause of delay in your process as it be mentioned in SINP's letters and emails . ( SINP's Warning: Please do not contact the SINP regarding your file status as this may delay processing.)

hi buddies
I'd like to know how long does it take from primary status (In process) to Final status (Nominated) ?
my status is still in process about approximately 45 days as of now.
please answer my question specially those who got nomination and have enough experience
Thank you in advance

Buddy,
It all depends on the respective officer, quota (number of files for the month/week), when to clear, which category and how many. Thats what i could guess because some applications were pending with aor since jan/feb and got adjudicated this month. Some from feb/mar (i think few from apr too) got adjudicated in apr/may. Some from jan/feb got adjudicated in feb/mar. So not much to predict but its little fast than last year.

My case - couple of missing/additional documents requests in march 5 and 23. In process started again in mar 26. approval on apr 22.

Today I sent my application package to CIC by UPS, will be reaching on Monday or max by Tuesday next week.

Cool Abhispat. Good luck....

I might also join you guys this month itself. Thinking to send it next week.

I am still confused on where to put n/a, none and not applicable. slowly checking on it :). Hope this is not considered a major error for them. The instruction and the form specific do not match. After printing the filled forms, should we fill n/a for the empty ones? what you did?

Thanks Hari,

I put N/A, I don't think putting Not Applicable will be major issue. Below is what mentioned in the application guide

"Be complete and accurate

Complete all sections. If a section does not apply to you, write “Not Applicable” or “NA”. If your application is incomplete it may be returned to you and this will delay the processing of your application."

So don't worry complete filling your forms and check thoroughly for signs and dates. All the best

Which new documents want you submit to SINP? Please share …

for 1111 noc
I assume that the best way to complain against ineligible status is to mention, that there was not license eligibility requirement for 1111 noc, when the application was submitted. So SINP should consider only rules, which were in place at submission time, and only applications submitted after the requirement change should be evaluated according to changed criteria. So all applicants submitted their applications on 1st January, and submitted applications according to Guideline, which had effect on 1st January, and there was not license requirement for 1111 noc. Applicants have not any fault, that SINP decided to change license requirement for 1111 noc, this change will be taken into account from the date when it was made and published. I assume, that 1111 noc applicants should insist on this factor too.

I think that we can only request for consideration without license and if they dont agree then ask more time due to change in rules but not talk about rules.
Even Federal/CIC did not even process many (thousands) FSW applications that were applied till 2008. Most of them were filed based on the rules at that time. This could not be even successfully challenged in the court.
FYI
Nominations are granted at the sole discretion of the Government of Saskatchewan.

SCHEDULE 4 Economic Classes Provincial Nominees form to CIO - Is the transferable and available funds matching and above the federal fsw level is fine, correct?

It looks like nobody wants to reply to this question. I know that you guys applied to CIO and checking your inbox frequently for your aor :) but please throw your inputs in your mind or what you have mentioned in your application.
I am mentioning 30k for 3 people. Will CIC also ask for 3 months or 6 months balance before the application?
