if your occupation falls under O , A & B then no need to send IELTS with PR application to CIO.

Only C n D occupationist needs to submit the IELTS with PR application to CIO as per PNP checklist. CIO /Visa Office need to verify the security check , criminality and medical check.

ALL NOC require IELTS, even lower NOC.

Please re-check the application guide to apply CIC.

I would say that it is better to re-take the IELTS and send this.

My occupation is "Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers". It is fall under B. Thanks for you help.

I am not living on my permanent address. Address on passport is my permanent address and my Nomination confirmation letter have my current address. So Should I submit my PCC from my current address or from permanent address.

It does not matter. Get it with less hassle with the address you can go with. All they need is records which is basically based on passport number anyway (assuming you are from India). Changing address or get pcc on new address is impossible task. 50% of applicants live in different address than the passport.

Starting July 1, 2012, most applicants to Provincial/Territorial Nominee programs in semi or low-skilled professions
that fall under National Occupation Classification (NOC) skill level C and D are required to complete a language
proficiency test from one of the following designated agencies:

• IELTS (General Training test only),
• CELPIP (General test only), and/or "
• TEF.

You must include a copy of your language test results with your application to CIC"


The statement doesn't tell you that IELTS is NO required for NOC A, what is saying is Lower NOC now need IELTS, apparently in the past
was not required.

No difference at all, SINP will send you your nomination letter along with extra information if needed (advice to correct some form, etc)
