A question please

"CIC requires that signatures on all forms are less than six months old. Please re-sign and re-date
your forms if your forms in black ink if they are older than six months."

what does this mean? of course I got about signature and six months but what about black ink??

Do they ask me to refill the forms in handwriting?

It means you need to refill another forms and sign in black ink WHATEVER one piece of advice is :

You need to fill up UPDATED CIC FORMS again and apply according to CIC rules. Don't bother about what SINP now, focus on cic rules and carefully fill all forms.

Sometime province immigration officer may even give you wrong instruction. I even know someone sent exact same CIC forms they filled during province nomination because his nomination officer told him strictly to send the same filled forms and later returned by CIC due to sending old forms. so focus on CIC instruction. SINP part is finished now and CIC starts so obey CIC rules. I hope it is clear now.

AOR: Feb 26 2015
Mar 05 2015 - Missing documents (all employers experience letters with duties, Job Approval Letter (because i selected as yes to check initially and selected no hence it added one page) and Additional Family Information) - I submitted documents on 19 Mar.
Mar 23 2015 - Bank Statements - I submitted documents on 25th.
Mar 26 2015 - Application status changed to In Process
Apr 01 2015 - Funds page got updated. Barely crossed the limit due to strict rules even though i have more than enough but one account was not considered at all.

Wishing whoever is waiting to get nominated and waiting to get AOR.

All months AORs are being reviewed i guess, depending on respective immigration officer. All Jan, Feb and Mar AORs and application submitted ones can expect the status change. Check your account online frequently.

I lost my chance with Quebec after 4 years of painful waiting (within 45 days i could not get certified tax returns which arrived after 60 days). And missed tracking SINP and NS ones last year thinking i cannot enter without any job offer or study in Canada hence I was lost much of the last year and tried for AUS which did not work but thought of trying again and that too decided on Dec 31 to check what the criteria for it and urgently submitted everything which paid off. So never loose hope and never stop trying.

How much this Quebec rejection weigh on CIC processing? Any inputs are appreciated.

I am applying in Express Entry with NOC Code 2173 and planning for SINP. As I am new to this process, i would
appreciate if you all can help me.

I have some unclear points. Please clarify.
1. Can I apply for nominee program after creating the profile in Express Entry?
So to become active for Pool through JOB Bank along with active for Nomination.
2. Can I update my Profile if I will get the nominee later on?
3. I have already assessed my Documents for EE program with WES basic-document by document.
Do I need to again assess the document for SINP as at their website they mentioned about APEGS.
