hi guys
After I followed my application status via email with SINP.My application status change to " In process".
As you know my application status was "returned " a few days ago.
Does anyone know what is "In process " mean? Is there any hope for me that they accept my application?
Does anyone know what is the next step?

Your case is bit strange to me as you are claiming even though you applied for SINP occupation in demand on 2 January still SINP asking for sk job offer which is peculiar.
It could be a angry decision by SINP caused by your excessive enquiries about your application status. Did you called or emailed them a lot before getting the rejection email quoting your application wasn't in first 500?
At last, Hopefully that was an administrative mistake and will be correctly reviewed this time. I'd suggest you act carefully this time and not to call or email to enquire about your application status this time. You can ask Spicey for your next "to do" list.. ???

I guess so that my excessive inquiry about my application status cause that they told me that you were not in the first 500.
after I got the letter that my application was returned.I emailed and also called them and they told me because of your application was not in the first 500.you must have a job offer letter.
I mailed them again and describe my support document and after 5 day once I saw that my status was changed to " in process:.

Nice to see prompt and potential action taken by you. I think you should keep in touch with CPA and act accordingly. Also, email to SINP if you need additional time, that's the only way to find the solution. Best of luck..

Is this SINP program still open for Foreign applicant without job? Can I submit my application now? If Yes, I have other question. My NOC is 2172 which is not in SINP demand List. Even though can I apply in 2172?

In addition, I too have experience in 2173. But I have created Express entry with NOC 2172. So If I apply through 2173 in SINP with EE profile in 2172. Will this create any issues?

Have you even tried opening SINP's website to check that info for yourself?

Read the 1st paragraph on SINP Application Intake Thresholds page, right under Important notice!

EE has nothing to do with SINP's International Skilled Workers - Occupations In-Demand program.

Hello, thank you for sharing your questions here.

If we look at

you could find that the the express entry for Sas is not open yet.

and according with

http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-sk-express-entry

the occupation 2172 is not in demand.


the point is why not apply as 2171 or 2174, maybe in your job description you could find
some duties
