Strongly disagree with you on the Finishing time of Without Job offer on 02-01-15: it finished within 30-45 minutes.

Am a little confused here - some clarifications please.

Is this stream without Job offer different from: International Skilled Worker - Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category:http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/express-entry, which is yet to be lauched.

if u r talking about the stream of the occupations on demand so YES it is closed now

for the stream with job offer (it is opened) and for the EE (not launched yet)

but i don't know about this message bro

It's a bit confusing and I think applicant better clear it with SINP official.
According to the guideline " Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body is required as part of your SINP application." now question is how to show the prove!

@ FSWCIO. The statement actually means you should have your licence/certificate or any proof from regulatory body handy before application. It is only the regulatory body that can proof you are eligible to work in Sask by conducting some assessment and verifications. Without this, you can't proof you have all it takes to secure an employment. This is why CIC is even requesting for credential evaluation to compare one's degree to Canadian degree because they have their own educational standard. Credential assessment is a stage in the whole licence application processing. I have mine from APEGS and it took me about 11 months to finalise everything.

Dear I have submit my file between 11.45 pm and 12.00 AM (3rd of January) in Indian Standard time. I think application started at 08.00 am Saskatchewan time (08.15 PM Indian Time). So how can you say that it finished within 30-45 minutes.

The website started working properly for a successful submission at about 11:26 PM (Using Indian Time) and finished within 30 - 45 mins. If the website was fine at 8:00 PM Indian time, it would have taken that same duration because all applicants across the world "married" their computers on that day.

I'm preparing file for SINP PNP 2016 as a without job offer (Mechanical Engineer) from outside Canada. As I know that for few occupation required mandatory certification or license to work in Saskechtwan.

I want to know that what certification is. Please help me to describe my doubt. How can I obtain?

Without certification can I submit file?

i believe it is normal, as my status was waiting on applicant for 30 days "after received documents" finally the status changed to IP again. do not worry

Well, 2 months have passed since we submitted our applications.

So far, pending some hard evidence, only 1 person got nominated (not from our inner circle here).

I have a feeling that we'll start to receive some very good news really, really soon!
