"Without job offer" quota finished in 2-3 hours on January 2, 2015. So if you want apply "without job offer" , You have to wait for January 2016

Strongly disagree with you on the Finishing time of Without Job offer on 02-01-15: it finished within 30-45 minutes.

Hi Sudhir,

As your occupation is regulated in Sasks, you need to get license from http://www.apegs.ca/Portal/Pages/Home-Page

You can apply without license but later on SINP will request you to provide it. Without license they will not issue nomination for regulated occupation. If you are planning to apply in 2016, better you start the licensing part now. It will take time to obtain it.

Good luck...

Hi Everyone..

Anybody having a mechanical proffesional licence from sask?

How mauch time will take to get certificate?

SBP
theoretically, if SINP ask you licence, you have lost chance to get nomination. because it will take more than 8 monthes

Where did you find the information that you will need a license to apply for regulated occupation? All you need is the proof of eligibility for getting licensure. Now I don't know the exact procedure of getting the proof of eligibility. Many people got nomination without license and many got declined because of not having incense. But according to guideline you do need to prove that you are eligible to get the license, that's it and having license ready to work in saskachewan even before getting nomination and visa is quite funny or it applicable for onshore applicant.
Please read the application guideline before lodging application. :)

Proof of eligibility is itself any document evidence that you are eligible to work in Saks. Either it is licence or any certificate or letter issued by regulatory body after initial assessment of educational and work experiance documents. And last year it was not clearly mentioned in the application guide that which occupations are regulated and which are non regulated. So for some NOCs they have issued nomination and few got rejection due to non availability of licenture proof. But this time they have listed out the occupations clearly. I know it will take time to get this documents. But if someone does not have this proof then what exactly need to show that they are eligible to get licence?

It's a bit confusing and I think applicant better clear it with SINP official.
According to the guideline " Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body is required as part of your SINP application." now question is how to show the prove! :)
