i sent them an email last week and they replied today to confirm my application. Their response is as follows:

I can confirm your application was submitted to the SINP on January 2, 2015.



The SINP will undertake an initial review of the application for completeness, and should all required documents be present, an application receipt letter will be emailed to you.

Currently we don’t have a forecasted date for when the receipt letters will be sent out. Please check your email inbox from time to time for SINP correspondence.
