SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

On my application SINP actually updated the currency exchange rate. And it turned out to be in my favor, lol.

They changed it on january 19, from 1 C$ - 2.33 BRL$ to 1 C$ - 2.15 BRL$, granting me an additional C$ 1240 as settlement funds.

Yay!

Well, this is because the Canadian Dollar is weak right now !, this of course has their downturns, (increase in interest rates),
higher prices of houses and so on...

but yes, so far it is a good news, in my case they changed the currency on January 23...

I will go to the certified authorities in my country to have a signature on my new passport copy to be certified true copy of it and another signature on a copy on my old passport and I will attach them together to the email

what are your opinions in that?

Could it help me to prove for them I am the same person?

Your case it is very strange in my country a passport must be written according to your birth certificate.

If your birth certificate has all the 6 names and the local authority refuse to write them down, probably
you need to obtain a letter from them explaining the new policy and relating your old passport number
and name with the new passport, stating that you are the same person.

I think that there are many people in your same situation, how this people addressed this issue, because
as you mentioned many of them could have US Visa and practically with this policy they are loosing it.

You will get your question answered if you go check Saskatchewan immigration website. Sinp has many streams some of whichare still open such as one with job offer. But if "this program" in your question refers to' in-demand 'category then it is closed.

I believe they are in the criteria assessment and recommendation stage for most of us since additional document or update request has been sent immediately after AOR to some applicants, which is the basic review stage. My mind tells me they want to complete this as fast as possible before they open SINP EE since that one will be an influx of application too and it has a 6 month process period, which can still be achieved from mid 2015 before new application/quota opens next year. I also noticed SINP previously mentioned that they were aiming to start EE in early 2015 and now on their website they are saying EE will start in 2015 but hasn't mention any specific time frame. I reckon once they wrapped up all 500 without job offer quota first then they will crack on EE and utilise their all resources on it, so EE may start in the 2nd quarter of 2015.
