That's something you could request from your college from where you did you degree or diploma, it's different from your Degree certificate or your marks-sheet, it's something you get only when you request.
Check your college's website for more info ! !

Nop, that's not how things work here in canada, actually now he will pay more attention to your file and if you are eligible (which i am sure) you will get your AOR and that too very soon !
