i think you have to forward the mail that you will get it from settlement plan website to immigration mail.

in the message always write your application number.

I think Regina is more reliable. Also I belbelieve to wait till they asking for it.

Complete the questionnaire and in last send it on your email, Take print out of mail, sign and send to SINP.
