Thx Bro!
Can you please send me the spread sheet prepared earlier as mentioned in your prev msg.
Hi all,

This might sound off topic, but I noticed that the verification officers have already checked all my documents. I have very strong basis for this as they are changing my documents in my profile and requesting additional documents/evidence that was mentioned in Generic Application form for Canada but also in Background Information. For instance,I mentioned that I have been refused a visitor visa to Canada back in 2008 and they asked for evidence such as letters from the embassy and the reasons for refusal.

Best of luck to all of you awaiting AoRs.

So far I have received three requests. One for Transcript of Records, Bank statement, employment references, and the second was for additional documents/evidence from CIC/embassy.

On Friday after my file switched to In process I received one more request for Translator to sign a declaration which I have forgot to attach.

I didn't attach the translator sign too

but for me when i ask my translator to sign it they tell me that it is not necessary for the certified translators

Is that true?

I can't agree less with you. I have also communicated my finding to this forum as regards the documents I uploaded in my application.

During your "waiting on Applicant" stage did you review your application to check those documents requested of you were attached to its respective pages.

Also check if this recent request is still uploaded in its page.

As of current trend they are asking for document update right after in process status, many applicant already got document request, so is that mean applicants going to get the nomination very soon? If yes than it's a very good news for all of us :)

No, About receiving nominations very soon, I don't think so. They are asking for missing/incomplete documents in this step but after 5-6 months they will ask for your Settlement funds update because they want to check, is money still in your account or not?. In one situation if an applicant have a fix/long term deposit and it was active months ago and the closing date indicated inside current submitted bank statement then maybe they don't ask for any update because it is clear that money is still in that account. ;)

Hi friends,
As you may know, the first EE draw has been done, please let me know if any PNPs nominee has got the ITA.

Thanks,

Well my translator is also a certified court translator and member of public notary. But SINP form is a kind of declaration of oath.

I noticed that I mistakenly submitted SCHEDULE-A form, selecting 6D as NO, but back in 2008 my PR application was refuse, do you think I should send them new form correcting this mistake? and provide the a refusal letter copy of my earlier application, however in my "GENERIC APPLICATION FORM" I have mentioned the old file number.

Please advise me what I should do for the mistake.

Thanks,
