Did you guys personalize settlement plan? I didn't personalize whatever visit Canada tool showed me, I attached it with application, so not sure whether that was a mistake or not.

I did it, but Victor Advised that it was not necessary, I think you will be fine.

Actually, I only added some address and name of the institutions in Saskatoon/Saskatchewan
and mentioned my intention to settle in Saskatoon instead of Regina.

Nothing Special.

I cannot believe it, I tried almost 3 hours last night up to 1:30AM but still cannot get through. I tried sending now but cap already reached. Can I try Express Entry, how does it work?

SINP officially released opening date and time for SINP2015 program:

"Applications for the SINP International Skilled Worker -- Occupations In-Demand Category will not be accepted in 2015 until January 2, 2015 at 8:00AM Saskatchewan time (Canada's Central Standard Time - CST). Applications submitted before this time will not be accepted and applicants can reapply at 8:00AM on January 2, 2015."

Then start/fill/submit your application on 8:00AM(CST) - 2nd of January.

I have scored very less in IELTS R&L--5.5 && W&S--6 (Overall--6)

Please advise if you have any idea about other PNPs based on above info

Saskatchewan has 1000 opportunities and Nova Scotia 350 if you could first enter the Express Entry Pool
Other provinces probably are going to open Express Entry

But, to Enter Express Entry Pool, you MUST qualify first to a Federal Skill Program or Canadian Experience or
Trade Program, obtain at least 6 in each part of IELTS, be lower of 40 years to get more points, have at least a bachelor's degree
assessed by an authority in Canada.

Manitoba is going to open in Spring 2015, his program called "Exploratory Visit"

They make you to travel Winnipeg for a week and after that you have an interview with
an officer of immigration of the province if everything goes well they give you an invitation letter...
and you apply to to Manitoba Nominee Program...

Did you see the status of your application "Application Submitted"? Pending submission means you did not submit your application yet.

What is the time of your submission, did you press confirmation also?
