am keep getting the same error message whilst pressing the submission button, no success yet....

My Friends,
Last year we exactly experienced the same situation and because of a very huge load on their system it took me to create/complete/submit my application almost 6 hours! But this time you guys mentioned Oracle Database caused an error then I suggest you guys when try to submit your application and it continues to show you that error then don't submit more and more continuously because while they don't fix system it never let you submit your application correctly, Just wait some minutes for example 5 - 10 minutes and then login again and try again. because sometimes when they fix the error your session must be refresh till you could use their fixation correctly.

Then do this:
1) Login
2) Try to submit
3) If it caused previous Oracle error then log out the system
4) Wait 5-10 minutes.
5) Try again 1 to 4 until you could successfully submit your application!!!

I hope all you guys could submit your applications correctly and be in 500 first!

what happened to you last year? you had created your application before the server crash? what did you see after the server came back...the application was still there? or you had to re-create a new one?
