It's like a book, document, where it writes the job title I have since I start working also th wage, the institution and also there are some stamps and the name of the secretary or who wrote in it,it also appears there when you quit from a job, company, and when you are hired again

I would add this below "Work Experience", where you declared your NOC number as part of your support documents...

I am not sure, but only to be sure I uploaded the information of the following link

Don't worry about it, some days ago I did the same question to SINP they told me
that the system doesn't allow to delete these records so you don't need to worry about it.
