The answer is NO!
They even didn't look at your application then how did they reject you? They just send back your application to you. Nothing more!

Thanks a lot Victorpapa. I really appreciate it.

I have just 1 last question,
You advised me to create a new application since certain feature of my previous application could not be deleted. So the NOC code I was using last time is not available this year and I would be applying under a new NOC. I actually have experiences of each of the NOCs for a couple of years within last 10 years. So that won't create any problem? Two applications under same applicant but with two different NOCs? Although I have experience letter from both the employers.

Thanks a lot. :)

In their system you can't delete wrong sections and I suggest you to make a new application for SINP 2015 and just forget about your SINP 2014 application ;)
so one can't make correction?

I am under this catogay 2211 Chemical Technologists and Technicians B
my bacholer degree in chemistry

If your work experience is related to your intended NOC then you can apply.

Based as you said:
Your IELTS: 14 points
Your Age: 10 points
Your work experience: 8 points for last 4 years and 3 points for 3 years before that: 8+3=11 points
Your education: 20

Total points: 55

You can increase your points by new IELTS and more work experience but those should happen before SINP assessment date.

In some parts yes and in some parts no. For example it is possible to delete attachments but it is not possible to delete an added federal form section in your application.

In this link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

you could find this information
"You must show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you get to Canada. You cannot borrow this money from another person. You must be able to use this money to pay the costs of living for your family (even if they are not coming with you).

You will need to show proof to the Canadian visa office in your home country that you have enough money when you apply to immigrate.

The amount of money you need to support your family is set by the size of your family. We update these amounts every year."

It is ok, they made this calculate for you based in the IELTS certificate that you uploaded in the Language Section.

Where I should attach the supporting documents like the work book, and close family documents that certify the relationship?
