No, it is not the same. You need to achieve 60 points of 100. (Language, Age, Education, Work Experience in your country, Connection
with Saskatchewan if any)

Please follow the guide :

http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-skilled-worker-in-demand

All the information related in:

http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/international-skilled-worker

it makes me not clear. For example, I have 2 years experience in demand list, and 4 year in NOC A, but not in demand list, how many point I will have.

Thank you

I am not sure, but in my opinion they will calculate only the experience which you have an in demand list occupations.

Folks, what about Funds. What options are available to show, if 3 months stable fund are not available?

It is a Must, because this is is an option without a Job Offer, people that applied this year were rejected at the end for this
according with information provided in this forum.

Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A” or
“B”) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan. Please see Appendix
A for the list of eligible occupations

THis is the information for the guideline SK, but i am also confuse how they calculate the points for in demand list. if my occupations are no in demand but then what will be the criteria for calculation ? any one have any update on that ?

If you are NOC 2174, and if I you have been doing this for many years, so

you have 10 Point for WORK EXPERIENCE DURING THE MOST RECENT FIVE YEARS PRIOR TO APPLICATION
and you have 5 Points for WORK EXPERIENCE DURING THE SIX TO TEN YEAR PERIOD PRIOR TO APPLICATION

15 Points in Total.

If you could not demonstrate experience in the professions stated in the guide I think that you could not claim points...

Dear Tetunte,

I really appreciate your feedback, but i my main concern is the occupation list for example ; my NOC 2113 which is not listed in the high demand list
but i worked for more then 10 years in NOC 2113 so could i eligible for the points or only in demand list can eligible for the points.

Thanks

you have to work in demand list at minimum 1 year in full time.

For those friends who are still in doubt about work experience:

1 year experience in demand list is NECESSARY to apply and it means if you didn't have 1 year experience in demand's list occupation within 10 years then you can't apply BUT if you worked 1 year in demand list and you worked 9 years in other occupation other than demand list then you will be able to apply. If that 1 year was within 6 to 10 years ago then you won't get work experience points but if that 1 year was within past 5 years then you will get 2 points for that.

60 point require in total then if you have a close relative in Sask and you worked only 1 year in demand occupation then you still have a chance to get your 60 point out of 100.
