dears I still have a query

I took the IELTS test submitted on 2 february 2013,

can they reject my application because it is from about 2 years or it is ok

Well I didn't really take a note of the exact submission timing...but I am sure it was around 11:27..11:28!

I guess they are looking at the applications in the sequence they were received..so my suggestion would be to not worry to those who were able to submit before the cap was reached
Hi Shanaya,

I see you submitted your application at 2 Jan around 11:27, can you let me know which is the timezone? does the 11:27 is for the CST time or some others ?

There is nothing mentioning validity of documents AFTER your application was submitted.

Obviously, passports MUST be valid through out the whole process, otherwise you won't be able to even get on an international flight.

So I guess that, as long as your IELTS results were valid by january 2nd, you're ok

Just a heads up - any signed document which is older than 6 months would be considered obsolete. So just in case if it takes more than 6 months for SINP nomination make sure you refill the federal forms and resign them with current date,...... it's too early for this suggestion but i though its never early for a suggestion :)

You are just in the two year time frame, so you are eligible and your IELTS score card will be considered, BUT after getting nomination, you will have to attach a copy of IELTS score card with the federal forms which will me mailed to CIC office, in that case you will require a IELTS score card which is valid, so you will be required to give IELTS test again so that you get a score card which is valid. They don't consider an IELTS score which is older than 2 years.

I don't want to be pessimistic, but last year people that continued the process received their AOR on January 6.
Beyond that date people got refusal letters.

Could you share the hour that you submitted your application and your NOC? , in my case for example checking the forum
I noticed that I submit my application before adrscuds (based in the post in the forum), however he/she got AOR first, looking at his IELTS is much better than mine..

Sorry, to not contribute with good feelings ...

I actually decided to assist you in becoming better off after reading your above post by surfing the net for a pain reliver(Saskatchewan Immigration Processing Time)

The Bible says that is neither for him that runneth nor for he that winneth but for the Lord that showeth Mercy.

By the way, how did you know that you submitted before him? Is it because you announced your submission before him? Mind you, this Guy would have after the successful submission of his Application remained on Cloud nine .... only to have returned back to the Forum after jubiliating with his 'Wife and Dog'

You will continue spherheading this Thread both now and Beyond....you will not built for others to habitate.

Your AOR is assured all things been equal(ceteris paribus)

All the very best!!!

My statutory declaration of common-law union form (IMM5409E) is from april 2014 (same document I've sent for FSW14). But I've also sent the brazilian common-law union document I have, and it's translationn
All of the translations I sent are over 6 months as well.
Federal forms are from a fresh batch (downloaded and filled the up all over again).
Only recent supporting documents are proof of funds (oct-nov-dec)

So far so good lol...

How in the world did you know I have a dog? LoL

It was actually right around lunch time for me here (as my wife was on vacation, we were having a late lunch that day), so we had a glass of wine each with our pasta, to celebrate submission lol (my wife and I only, not Pepper, the dog)

About the time, it was actually a fairly good estimate of what time it was sent (11:35 CST - 3:35pm brazilian time), but still, an estimate.

I know it's not relevant to the topic, but, as Pepper was mentioned, here she is :-D

She's a 2 year old pocket-rocket Jack Russell terrier, wanna be canadian, just like her father and mother, LoL

I take great pride on her, as she's one of the best things in my life

Actually, her been on Vacation wasn't what led to the late Lunch but the Application Submission Hotseat which meddled with you for over three hours...

The Applicant and his wife ate their Lunch thereafter!!!

Hehehehehe

I think it doesn't matter how old is the translated document, the 6 months thing only imply to the forms signed by you and your family member.
