Friends I applied manitoba in sept 2013 and after 2.7 year got refusal letter my sponsor interview was held 26 jan 16,
Reason:- Based on the documents you submitted in your application and conversations with your supporter, you have never personally met and have not established a strong relationship to him. Therefore, your connection to Manitoba does not meet the criteria of the MPNP and your application for nomination by the Province of Manitoba cannot be approved.

So pls suggest me now what can i do

Can I apply under SINP. My noc is 6231 insurance agent and brokers

^ Manitoba is very strict when it comes to relatives and family members. If you do not have a CLOSE relative there then it would be difficult to get approved.

Find the closest one to your NOC and try applying within the day for SINP Occupations in Demand, for it gets capped fast, only 600 slots opened recently.

01. I applied in FSWP-2014 using NOC-0112 (HR Manager). I got full points in job experience as shown 8+ years service length. Unfortunately my application was refused for not matching job description. However, my NOC has been changed from January-2016 and now working in same organization as Purchasing/Store Officer (NOC- 0113 or 1225). So I would like to apply in SINP-OID with this new NOC-1225. Can I apply in new NOC i.e. as Purchasing Manager?????? Will there be any problem as I have been shifted/Transferred from HR Manager to Purchasing Manager in same organization ???????????

02. If i can apply in new NOC, how many point I can claim for experience??? Previous experience was in HR and new experience in Purchasing Manager i.e. total about 10 years job experience. So HR job duration/timing to be counted to claim full points in Job experience or I have to count only Puschase Manager Experience of last 01 year??????

03. In Education requirement, they asked for Bachelor degree of at least 03 years of full time study in University for 20 points. I have done my ECA. My Bachelor degree was 02 years and WES considered it as 02 years diploma, one the other hand My MBA degree was 02 years and WES considered it as 03 years of Bachelor degree.

So can I claim 20 points from Education based on ECA report?????????

NO - as long as your duties are matching but here since your switch was in January 2016 - I fear that you qualify for this NOC considering the mandatory requirement of having one year experience unless you can get the letter from your employer but that again will be a misrepresentation.

YES - you can claim 20 points if WES has provided you the equivalency to 3 years degree..

I beleive that OID means Occupations in Demand. I tried submitting an application just now but the Job Offer/Employment Section would not just turn green after many attempts. I don't have a job offer but i have an EE Profile and a Job seeker validation code.

has anybody come across any issue of this kind?

Sorry if POF was not maintained 3 months prior to application and throughout the immigration process the application will be deficient and deemed ineligible. Please wait until you have maintained those funds 3 months prior to application before submitting the application. SINP is very strict with POF policy

Just answer NO when it asks for the EE profile. and No for the job offer unless you have one.

If you have EE profile and job validation code that would fall into EE category which is closed not OID. In order to submit for OID you must answer no to EE profile info

Will they give me an opportunity to provide 6 months statement once again or they would reject directly?

Fund checking is done at last stage or it has already been considered for me by now?

The question is did you maintain those same funds 3 months before you applied even if you have been maintaining it for the last six months?
