PCC for SINP

Any idea at which stage one will ve to send PCC (police clearance certificate)?
- while applying for PNP?
- Or they will ask later?
Although application guide states
"11. Police Report(s) (if applicable)
If you or any dependent over the age of 18 has committed an offence or has been convicted of a crime, you must provide a copy of a police report from the country or countries where the offense(s) occurred and your current country of residence. In addition to the police report, submit any proof of rehabilitation, if applicable."

Where do you see that? Under Step 4 is the Generic Application form for Canada, and Step 2 is Settlement Funds.

Any change under Step 2: Settlement Funds? That is where they convert your funds not in Step 2.

Does that mean, those who have applied in 3th of January (OID) are expected to have the nomination by the end of this May ?

Another Question please, Last month, I have granted a boy, should I update my application by sending his passport and the new forms to the visa office

or I should wait until I get the nomination, if that will happen ?
