Car or motor vehicle is NOT considered an asset but a liability. I may be wrong but IMO, this is how it works

Asset - Liability = Settlement Funds

Best of luck!
The home can be considered as an asset ?how can i put it as funds? please advice

Dears:
In the guide it is mentioned that The minimum amount must be maintained for at least 3 months prior to submitting your application to the SINP and you are required to maintain these funds throughout the entire immigration process., but unfortunately i have applied now and my bank account is shortened by 10000 CAD, which i will makeup by next week. could you please advice on this? because i invested my money in real estates

Hi Everyone,

I am ready to apply for the SINP application, however I have one confusion to be resolved before I go ahead. I am expecting a child in Dec 2015 and the application guide of SINP says that ' Dependent family members that are not included in your application cannot be nominated
for permanent residence as part of your SINP application at a later date'

What does this exactly mean? Can I not add my kid later in Dec 2015 to my application, when it still will be in processing. If I wait till Dec to actually submit the application than I am surely going to miss out the opportunity! Anyone please who can clarify?

TIA.

This current application will definitely be rejected if you have applied. You need to show fund that is easily transferable not your home. You can sell your home and car if you really want to apply. Remember, you need to act fast before 30th Sep if you want to meet the fund criteria for Jan 2016. Cheers

I read this current application is already closed or have you submitted already? You can include your unborn child in the Jan 2016 intake when it is open.

Nothing to worry about.

For example, you have already submitted the application or you will be submitting the application (before the child's birth) and later you can add by emailing them.
Another example, you got nominated and child is born before the cic stage, you can add the child directly to cic and if at all needed you can get the child added at pnp.

There is no losing of pnp or at cic for this. This is the case for few of the total applications. So please dont think that you need to wait till december to try. Just go ahead as this is a non-issue.

Thank you so much! I am gonna go ahead and submit my application. Might have more questions filling out the forms!

Looks like both On Demand and Express entry are closed. This is from their website
http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/international-skilled-worker

Important Notice:
The SINP is still accepting applications to the International Skilled Worker Category – Employment Offer Sub-Category. However, the intake thresholds for International Skilled Worker – Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category and Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category have been reached for 2015.

This is True. Both the Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand streams have been filled.

Not a problem bro. I read in another forum about someone from Otawa office receiving PPR about 20 days after DM. It is like that Otawa office is very slow sending PPR emails. Your PPR will definitely appear soon InshaAllah. Hope you have sent the CSE? Cheers

No not yet ,, I am trying to be patient , not to make them nervous ??? ??? ???

in January 2015, nobody was rejected because the lack of documents, but there was an express entry candidate that got refusal letter for incomplete application.

Be heart friend, and wait for the best, hopefully they allow you to send the documents, at least I will try to send this documents now, before they request it using the email immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca, you have nothing to lose. Use your application number, full name and attach the missing documents.

Best luck!
