Some guys need to go back to school, to get a certification from a Canadian Institute.
Do you think that is a good idea to leverage our opportunities to study right now before traveling?, I was thinking Online Education, you
can find many 1 year certifications in many Canadian Universities. However they are not cheap. I found a certification for nearly 4000 cad.

Studying before traveling isn't seems a good idea to me because it's again the same, the foreign credential.
Best thing is to do a survival job initially, gain some knowledge about the situation, look around, suit yourself & then choose a course of your/situations interest. Best of luck
